If you're anything like me—and I realize we both have excellent taste—you've probably made your way to the Original Pancake House in Hyde Park more than once. It's become something of a Chicago institution for good reason. Now, there's even more reason to celebrate, because that beloved destination just got so much closer to home.

On Monday, August 4, the Original Pancake House officially opened its doors at 1124 W. Washington Blvd, inside the Hyatt House Chicago West Loop Fulton Market. It's the brand's sixth location in the Chicagoland area, bringing the familiar warmth and mouthwatering menu to the neighborhood I walk, work, and stay in.
